How to prepare for a distance Reiki session
Here are some tips that can help you to enhance your experience during your session. 1- Avoid drinking alcohol. Reduce your consumption of cigarettes and caffeine if possible. 2- Turn off your cell phone and other electronic devices. This will be a time for yourself. 3- Wear comfortable clothes and remove metal accessories. 4- You can receive Reiki sitting, lying down or in the best way you feel comfortable. 5- Take this opportunity to relax. Focus on the purpose that led you to seek Reiki. Be open to that experience and allow the energy to work. 6- If you want, then share your experience (sensations, visions, thoughts, etc.).
