1. Processing times for all orders is 3-7 business days. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages but will do our best to assist you with any concerns.

2. Shipping: We charge a flat rate shipping fee in Canada of $25.  All orders are shipped with Canada Post and include tracking.

3. Local Pick Up: Free local pick up is available in Toronto, North York area. Please select ‘Local Pick Up’ at check out under ‘shipping.’ Pickup instructions will be provided via email once your order is ready.

4. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please consult your country’s customs office for an accurate estimate. All international packages are subject to possible customs delays.

5. Due to the nature of our items, returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. If you have any questions or concerns with your order, please contact us at holisticreiki4u@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will happily assist you.
